They say that all good things have to come to an end.
And it’s about time for my Batman Movember tache to see its final hours.
It has been good while it lasted.
In fact, I posted a picture of me, resplendent with tache and full Batman outfit, on Twitter the other day to show everyone how proud I was with what I had achieved.
It was only when people started suggesting that it looked like I was wearing a gimp mask that it maybe lost some of the impact I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to put the tache to its full use simply because I have not seen any sinister villains around West Bridgford or the Nottingham RFC training ground.
I did get some great publicity the other day though when SkyBet tweeted a picture of me and praised me for my efforts calling my tache “awesome”.
Seeing as they have got over 60,000 followers on Twitter, I think that may have been my 15 minutes of fame right there.
Anyway, I am gearing up for one final push to raise some money for the Movember charity so please give what you can on the link at the bottom of this page. Any suggestions for next year are obviously welcome.
I like to stay ahead of the game.
In other news, I am closing in on my 20,000th tweet. There’s too many to say I have a favourite but I think being in genuine conversation with heart throb Peter Andre earlier this month has to be my favourite Twitter moment of the lot.
Now there is a superstar.
