TEN QUESTIONS

What is your dream position on the field and why?

If I could choose any position on the field it would be on the wing. They get to score all the tries and get all the headlines with it. Actually, any of the backs positions because they get such an easy life in training!!!

Who is the hardest bloke you have ever played with?

I'd have to say Vili Ma'asi. He would run through a brick wall for you and could hit as hard as one. He wouldn't take any messing about on the pitch as well.

Was your professional debut memorable or forgettable?

Memorable. It was for the Scarlets against the Blues at the Arms Park. I came on from the bench and made a positive impact so definitely have good memories of it..

What are your redeeming features - physical?
 I'm tall and broad.

What are your redeeming traits - personality?

Honest, loyal and lead by example.

Best moment in rugby?

Winning the championship with London Welsh.

Worst moment in rugby?

Last season I had a stress fracture in my fifth metatarsal and it took about 20 weeks to finally settle down before I was fully fit. It was so frustrating trying to get fit and not being able to train and play.

Are you angry or a sulker in defeat?

At first I get really angry but after the red mist has finally lifted I try to switch off until the video nasty!

Which rugby player do you admire most from past or present?

I have to say Scott Quinnell in my first season at the Scarlets. Scott was in his last season but he was still a great player who could win a game on his own and he set a great example to us all.

Where was your best rugby-related night out. Just place and venue please?

The Church London
